Short answer, I think so in fact it is almost there because lot of TomEE
API has already migrated.
Real answer, any hand is more than welcome to achive this so don t hesitate
to download the Snapshot version, test it and why not fix any bug it may
contains, we should feed the fish all of us.
Only one point IBM I think that it hasn t a Java EE 7 certified server yet,
so as you Can see it takes time to do it and requires a lot of effort.

So I think it is not a rude question but a question that can worry to devs,
but as I said all hands Can are welcome and Can collaborate in achive this
big milstone.
