I've found the solution, and it does reproduce the issue as it is on my virtual machine
You have to set your client to resolve "demohost" as "localhost". on my linux box i've added it to /etc/hosts.On startup I have an error that does not show on the test virtual machine I have at home, but everything else seems the same.
