This is where I get confused. The code that should be in "RegisterServlet.java" is actually in "SignupServlet.java". Adding a servlet and giving it the name "RegisterServlet.java" and putting the code from "SignupServlet.java" into "RegisterServlet.java" has no effect. Even the error is the same.
