Yes you are right. I added it in the wrong place, which is not
called.
Now I added after the line
rem Add OpenEJB javaagent
set ALL_PACKAGE_OPTS="-Dorg.apache.activemq.SERIALIZABLE_PACKAGES=*"
set JAVA_OPTS=%JAVA_OPTS% %ALL_PACKAGE_OPTS%
It looks be ok now.
