More seriously saw real newbies using them and the awesomeneww you will not
get OOTB with eclipse/netbeans/... is when you need to add
libs/driver/config. All is in the project so easy to share with newbies.

And BTW I would be more than happy to support you if you ask it to eclipse
dev
