Going to switch to Arquillian. So Here is the question (that is related to the other thread of today)

For this case i used arquillian-tomcat-managed adapter when i worked with Tomcat, so all the customization was part of the source code and i just pointed to the Tomcat directory using catalinaHome property is arquillian.xml.
