Fransa'da 2007 yılında kamudaki 400.000 bilgisayarda
OpenOffice.org kullanılıyor olacak.
Bu ürün, Türkiye'de de pek çok belediye, kamu kurumu,
özel sektörde kullanılıyor ve etkisi giderek yayılıyor.
OpenOffice.org'un en önemli özelliği, standart kabul
görmüş olan XML dosya yapısı. Bir diğer artısı, mevcut
ofis yazılımlarıyla uyum içinde çalışması.

Hi all,
For information this is a communication from the Direction Générale de
la Modernisation de l'Etat

where it is said that by 2007, more than 400 000 desktops will use OOo
in the central administration.
The other interesting thing, it that the DGME tells that they are using
our model (OS projects) to share the tools, trainings and feedback
through all the administrations that are migrating.
This interesting experience will be the topic of the conf I'll do at the
RMLLs at Nancy next week :
