Hmmm, one of the few things I like to modify "on the fly", and run
traffic_line -x on, is remap.config. That is the configuration file that
(by far) tends to change the most often.
I'm pretty sure changes to storage.config requires a restart, and there
are records.config (and other changes) that requires restart as well.
I.e. not everything can be done to a "live" system".
