SSL support for forward proxy

Hi folks,

I am looking at an application where I would like to use ATS in forward
proxy mode, where the calling client communicates with ATS in non-SSL mode,
and ATL connects to remote sites through SSL. Does ATS support this today? I
see no documentation for this mode.
