pass-through proxy

Hi,

I'm trying to set up TS so that all requests and responses are passed 
completely unmodified and uncached through to the origin server or client, 
respectively.
I've changed the option CONFIG proxy.config.http.cache.http in records.config 
to 0, to disable caching of http. Now I'm curious as to why there is still the 
message "NOTE: cache enabled" when TS is booted? Are there other settings I 
should look at to make sure traffic is just passing through, and nothing else 
is done?
