For some reason I'm getting low quality scores, lots of alternates, and cache misses on requests.
The debug logs I've linked show a request for a file called chip.msi, which always seems to miss and write a new alternate to the cache. Is there anything weird about the request that might cause this? This request is generated by an automated tool, but when I request through the web browser I seem to get cache hits. https://gist.github.com/anonymous/8448242
