Apply to become an Apache Wiki editor& contributor

Hi,

Now I am a user of apache trafficserver wiki, and I expect to be able to
contribute some testing tools to the ATS. 

I think maybe I can be responsible for the development and maintenance work
of ATS testing tools. I also believe that this work should also be accepted
as a contributor or committer for ATS, such as the author of ATS testing
tool “jtest”?
