The naming of this API can be a little confusing. Below's what they do:
TSHttpTxnIncomingAddrGet - the traffic server accepting connection ip
TSHttpTxnClientAddrGet - is the cell phone IP
TSHttpTxnServerAddrGet - is the google ip
