without restarting ATS, how do i remove a revalidation rule?
for example, if i mistakenly add a rule, i cannot remove the rule unless i let the rule expire or if i restart ats. simply removing the rule from the config file doesnt work, as the config/rules are actually stored in memory. you have the remove the rule from the config file, then restart ATS for the rule to actually no longer be in effect.
