Transparent Caching in Layer-3 mode

Hello,
I have successfully setup Transparent Caching using in-line bridge mode 
which not suitable for large deployment. The entire switching and 
routing equipment i have is non cisco so PBR is the only way to redirect 
traffic towards ATS box. The forward traffic will be redirect using PBR 
on destination port80 but I'm a bit confuse on reverse traffic path when 
packet is coming from Internet. Since the packet would be carrying the 
destination address as client.

If someone has deployed transparent ATS using PBR please share 
experience.
