Yes i understood your point since each new request is resulting in a
different URL i dont know if cacheurl plugin will help or not? and even
if this is possible with ATS?

or forward) decides to redirect each request do a different random
destination URL?
you can't cache everything - period
for that to understand you don't need to be "expert" whatever that
means
