Take one of the links that generates a 404. Load it directly using curl, eg.

        curl -v http://my.great.link/

What happens? Is the URL what you expect? Is the host portion of the URL 
something that Traffic Server will be able to match a remap rule to?

Remember that Traffic Server does not rewrite HTTP content by default. If you 
need to do that there may be plugins to help, eg. the stream_editor plugin
