/opt/ActiveTcl-8.6/lib/libtcl8.6.so
well, your linker surely does not look into /opt/ActiveTcl-8.6/lib/, at
least not by default
/etc/ld.so.conf.d/ is your friend followed by issue "ldconfig" after changes
[root@honeypot:~]$ cat /etc/ld.so.conf.d/mysqlclient16-x86_64.conf
/usr/lib64/mysql
