I had a question in regards to be below services which i could see under the ats directory. post any configuration changes I am unable to execute the ./traffic_ctl config reload (error config reload request failed : Error establishing socket connection) and I have to stop and restart the services ? Is it we need to restart both traffic manager and traffic server services , the application gave me hard time when i did some changes to logging.yaml to change the format.
