[announce] 0.2 Release

All,

I'm pleased to announce version 0.2 of VegaDNS.  Here's the CHANGELOG entry:

* 0.2
    - Bill Shupp ([EMAIL PROTECTED])
        - Ported to Smarty template engine for separation of html
          from php
        - Added Default Records
        - Removed nameservers array, since default records are now in
          place
        - Updated INSTALL, README, TODO
        - Fixed some things in the help section
        - Many cleanups
        - Added Email notifications for inactive domains
        - Fixed typo in update-data.sh
If you are upgrading from 0.1, you'll need to create the default_records 
table (see create_tables.php for the create statement and the insert 
statements).  You'll then need to setup your default records from the 
web interface so that new domains get the proper SOA and default records.

Please help test and report any problems to the users list.
