Vega DNS doesn't really have anything to do with this.

You could setup "axfrdns" on your primary DNS server as a daemond to serve to 
your slave bind system.

tinydns doesn't support traditional notify for replication. Authoritative DNS replication is supposed to be handled by rsync, according to Dan's documentation.

That said, AXFR is supported. There are some notify mechanisms listed on tinydns.org. I have not tried any. But if you find one that works, you could probably hook it into the update-data.sh script.
