It works for me.

And the core devs on the list (noteably Igor and Eelco) have been
ridiculously helpful for me, well beyond anything I've seen in any other OSS
project.


Wicket may be very different from what you're used to, so you should expect
to invest a little time before you understand everything. And even then, I'm
not sure it's possible to understand "everything" because Wicket tries to
cover such vast territory... or rather deep details limited to the webapp
space.
