Thanks Erik, yes I also have seen something about Wicket and Swarm integration (http://wicketstuff.org/confluence/display/STUFFWIKI/Getting+started+with+Swarm) but Acegi is at the moment the most known technology in my department so at the moment I will use it, also because interested in showing how Wicket is well integrated with all the most important (and known) frameworks out there.
