Does Wicket provide any mechanism or can anyboldy helb me with a suggestion for the following problem:
I need to update a page by a server component. Assume you have a list of item in a table and some other application produces a new row in the database. How can I inform the client of this update and tell the client to reload it's table? Of course, I can use a Ajax self updating Timer behavior that polls the server but that ist not what I dream of. Any hints? I remember a mailing som moths ago concerning this case but I did not find a sufficent search prhase for nabble.
