I am sorry but I do not get it...
To what refers :
"i was going to suggest that... " ?

Maybe I have a blockhead , I don't see how I can mount
the pages appropriate ...or does your answer refer to using different panels
for "detail" and "list"?

Could you please give a code snippet or be more precise?
