It looks like Bamboo can not access the code repo [1]... not sure if this
has anything to do with the recent Apache SVN outage (since it seems to have
started long before then).  Not sure what I can do to help, since I don't
have a login to Bamboo.  Maybe someone can take a look - it appears that
many of the builds are having the same problem.

For now, I locally did a mvn install -Dmaven.test.skip=true and got it
working - hopefully others can do this also for the meantime.  If you
haven't done this in the past, instructions are here:

PS - who all can have Bamboo logins?  I would be more than willing to take a
look at it and try to get it running again if I had access and could be of
assistance.
