Is there a setGatherAbbreviatedBrowserInfo(true) as appose to setGatherExtendedBrowserInfo(true)?

I only want to find out the user's timezone.
setGatherExtendedBrowserInfo(true) redirect page take too long, sometimes it
stays on the screen many seconds.
