Yeah, 1) use a subject that is searchable - reflecting the problem you have and not something general like the one you have chosen here. 2) No top posting! Please do not add your answer to the top of the mail since it makes it really hard to follow if you read the thread in an archive. Further it is against the logical flow of a normal conversation.
