I see from the extensions source that the separator in a breadcrumb bar
between crumbs is set to "/" in the constructor of the final class
BreadCrumbComponent.
Does this mean that there is no way to revert, or change, to the more
traditional separator (">>")? Maybe it's just me but I find the choice of
"/" as the default separator a bit non-standard (> or >> are more commonly
encountered).
