I use a p3 500 mhz 512 mb ram for my private projects (
wheresmyevent.com and exerciselog.eu ), my requirement are low psu usage
which are somewhere around 10-15 watt... Thats been enough so far, but
on the other hand loads very low..
It highly depends on your load and what you are doing.. Theres no silver
bullet on this one.. Buy a server and if it's not enough upgrade :) Of
course you can do some load testing to estimate etc..
