There are many ways to accomplish this.  You can subclass it, or you
can add a label above the feedback panel, with a <wicket:enclosure> to
hide the label if the feedback panel's list of messages is not
visible.  The subclass is better if you'll do it in more than one spot
on your site, IMHO.
