Hi, I came across a problem an other group member has already written about (please have a look his post http://markmail.org/thread/auqhcd66zwsflt33#query:wicket%20image% 20parent%20variation+page:1+mid:auqhcd66zwsflt33+state:results). But he didn't get an answer.
Actually the variation of a component is passed to its child component. But this doesn't work for images, because when their variation is requested they don't have a parent yet. I don't know if this is a bug or I should override some methods. Maybe anyone had to deal with this behavior before.
