Had the same behavior when lauching maven in command line (OK within
eclipse). Just add the jetty plugin with the version you want in your
pom.xml :
<plugin>
<groupId>org.mortbay.jetty</groupId>
<artifactId>maven-jetty-plugin</artifactId>
<version>6.1.4</version>
</plugin>
