I'd suggest releasing 1.4.8 and 1.4.9 right now (possibly even as copies of
1.4.7).  The idea behind the matching naming of wicketstuff was that
releases could be done very close to simultaneously, and people could
upgrade all at once.  Then, people can work on enhancements / fixes for
1.4.10, which will be working off of Wicket trunk, making them match.
