The usual use of a RepeatingView is:
Example:

RepeatingView view = new RepeatingView("repeater");
view.add(new Label(view.newChildId(), "hello"));
view.add(new Label(view.newChildId(), "goodbye"));
view.add(new Label(view.newChildId(), "good morning"));
add(view);
*Markup:*

*Yields:*
<ul><li>hello</li><li>goodbye</li><li>good morning</li></ul>
