Just tried Igor's solution with JavaScript disabled using AjaxFallbackButton
Exception appears:
java.lang.IllegalStateException: No Page found for component
[MarkupContainer [Component id = xlsUploadForm]]
Components tree:
Page
TabbedPanel
Panel
Form
Button
Any ideas how to make it fallback correct?
With js everything works just perfect
