I solved it.
I added TinyMceAjaxSubmitModifier class to my AjaxButton:
fc = new AjaxButton("button",form){
.....
};
fc.add(new TinyMceAjaxSubmitModifier());
form.add(fc);
*In conclusion:*
I added *TinyMceBehavior *to my textarea field
and
I added *TinyMceAjaxSubmitModifier *to my AjaxButton field
