Wicket 2.0 has been already used for an experimental branch (in the time 1.2 was the production version) so it cannot be reused. Wicket 6.0 will require JDK 6 so we decided to follow SUN : JDK 1.5 -> JDK 6.0 :-) Wicket 7.0 may or may not require JDK 7.0 as minimum.
