Hi I am also facing similar issue, I have an application which was developed in wicket 1.4.18 and sometime back we decided to upgrade the Wicket version to 6.8.0.
After making the making and fixing the error I found that for some reasons my HomePage is getting instantiated again and again. I tried to debug the problem but couldn't find any reason behind this. NOTE: The 1.4.18 application is working working and it has no such problem.
