Must I define the parameters for the css files myself or does ther already exist something anywhere?

E.g. create tree.paper.css, tree.flatly.css, ... Also create BootswatchTreeBehavior, which #renderHead() will use BootstrapSettings.getActiveThemeProvider().getTheme().getName() to construct the name of the CSS tree theme.
