Hi, By default Wicket removes all _rendered_ messages. If they are not rendered in the previous request cycle then they stay for the next one. See org.apache.wicket.settings.ApplicationSettings#setFeedbackMessageCleanupFilter() and org.apache.wicket.feedback.DefaultCleanupFeedbackMessageFilter
