Hi mriss, Please follow the instructions on http://www.xwiki.org/xwiki/bin/view/Code/XEclipseExtension on getting started with XEclipse plugin.
Connection url should be something like, http://<host>/xwiki/xmlrpc/confluence But the problem is, off-line mode is not implemented in XEclipse yet. Please wait for the next release (most probably on 10th september or close) for this feature to be available. Thanks.
