Hm, not yet. You can only view the deleted versions of a document, not all the recycle bin. However, this is not hard to implement, feel free to make a Jira issue. The recycle bin is something new, so the first version provides just the basic functionality, in the future we'll add new features, so user requests are more than welcome.
