no, most probably not. The XWiki dev strategy is that modules & applications shall be separated from each other as much as possible. Therefore the BB won't probably be in the next release of XE. However please note that since none of the BB files overwrites existing XE pages, you can safely and easily import it in a fresh install of XE.
