Hi Mike,
basically, since you can embed all the html you want in XWiki pages, you can
copy/paste code from Google Gadgets (as well as youtube videos, etc...)
wherever you want in order to benefit from their features. Is that what you
were willing to do or are you looking forward a tighter kind of integration
?

You can give a look at
http://participation.netcipia.net/xwiki/bin/view/Widgets/ to see a list of
widgets you can embed in your wiki pages.
