I think that this is a problem that happens before the actual connection... Since Eclipse is not able to load the NewConnectionWizard class, then the user cannot even type the URL to connect to. Could you please post the complete stacktrace, list of active plugins etc. so that I can try to figure out where the problem is? Thanks.
