Moving pages to XWiki space is exactly the same thing than delete them as classes are used by their full name. As I said, only Application Manager, Wiki Manager and XEM use theses pages so if you don't have any of this you can safely remove this I think, otherwise no (anyway Application Manager will recreate it when you restart).
