Hi again, I just found out, that the section editing icons I mentioned appear when using Syntax 1.0 over Syntax 2.0. Bug? Only remains open for this post, if it is possible to automatically convert XWiki Syntax 1.0 articles to XWiki Syntax 2.0 article.
