What do you want to do exactly ? The jar you refer to (installer-generic) is an installer for a self-contained Chronopolys application, meaning that you just have to execute it and you will have a setup wizard to install Chrono. Same as for XWS, Chronopolys is built on top of XWiki Enterprise (although they both come with their own custom skins, so it's not obvious and users do not necessarily realize the application is built on top of a wiki engine).
