It's really up to you. The best value is the highest one you can  
support (i.e. the time it takes to get fresh data displayed).
For this kind of pages you could easily put several minutes IMO. Like  
15 minutes for ex.

Note that you can always force a refresh by passing &refresh=1 in the  
URL.
